Every month our Jeanne Jugan Room becomes a specially decorated dining room to host the Residents celebrating birthdays within that month. The Activities Department sets up the tables with tablecloths and napkins and colorful dining ware, and serves the special meal. Recently we had an exceptionally large group of 15 Residents for the month of November. The kitchen staff outdid themselves with a menu of salad, roast beef, baked potato and green beans, along with special cake desserts.
