On Saturday, January 28th, 2012, a group of fifteen financial advisers from the Larson Financial Group descended upon our home to give some time to volunteer projects. There was painting, sprucing up the stairwells, and cleaning the utility carts in the kitchen (see pictures). They enjoyed this time away from their desks and the seminars they had been engaged in all week. It was a wonderful opportunity to make our mission known. It was an opportunity to say hello to a few of the Residents and realize that the elderly can still enjoy their golden years.
