The St. Louis Zoo is regularly voted high on any list of best zoos in America. An added plus is that there is no admission fee. As the days grow cooler, our annual fall calendar is never complete without our September afternoon trip to the zoo. This is one trip our Residents really look forward to. Seeing the animals outside in their own habitats and visiting the various new pavilions were highlights of this year’s excursion. As in past years, volunteer students from Maryville University helped our Activities Department provide a safe and fun experience for all of our Residents. We thank the students for their time and effort to make this day a memorable one for everyone.
